The task was to test EasyCarSearch tool to find usability problems and provide report with findings.
First, micro user testing was conducted, which identified major usability issue preventing users installing the tool.
Recommendations fixing usability issue was reported to the development team.
Also, tool and its website user interface was evaluated against Nielsen's heuristics and findings reported to the customer.
